Chilean Orange Blossom


Ingredients

• 50ml Bombay Sapphire

• 100ml Fever-Tree lemon tonic water

• 10ml orange blossom honey

• Ice

 

To garnish:

• Straw

• Long orange peel twist

 

 

 

Preparation

1. Drizzle the honey into the bottom of a tall glass and add the Bombay Sapphire.

2. Stir to mix fully, then add plenty of cubed ice.

3. Top with the Fever-Tree lemon tonic water and stir to combine.

4. Finish by spritzing the orange peel over the top and sides of the glass. Then, feed the peel into the glass around the ice creating a spiral effect.

 

Tip:

Spritzing the orange peel over the glass releases the essential oils of the orange, which gives the drink it's flavour and aroma.
